We brainstormed and came up with a suggestion: let’s put the spotlight on the real people taking on work. We interviewed and photographed athenistas representing remittance & image processing, claim resolution, quality management, performance management, clinical operations, and more. We showcased their stories alongside compelling metrics and lists of the tasks athenahealth takes on.
